I am a South African trained Podiatrist of Indian ethnic origin working in the NHS as a Clinical Lead. I have a deep commitment to patient centered, holistic care with a health equity and diversity lens. I have a commitment to work towards ensuring equal representation, cultural competence, and inclusive health care delivery.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my 3 children and husband (make those 4 children). Hobbies include cooking, entertaining, and travelling.
My aim is to contribute to the British Indian Allied Health Professionals Association by amplifying underrepresented voices, challenging barriers, and promoting inclusive education, recruitment, and leadership within the healthcare system.
